Here's the Schedule for Ilegal Mezcal Presents the Paste Party at SXSW 2025

For more than two decades, we at Paste have prided ourselves on helping you find your next favorite band. We all get busy and go through times where music discovery takes a backseat to other areas of life. For me, the hectic holiday schedule gives way to SXSW booking season. I’ve been listening to more bands than I can count, and with the help of our music team, learning about talented artists to book for our annual party in Austin, and mixing those in with longtime favorites.

And so, I’m excited to reveal this year’s lineup for this year’s three-day extravaganza, an official party of the 2025 SXSW Music Festival, featuring 48 performances on three stages. You can gain priority entrance with a music or platinum badge, but if you don’t have one, you can RSVP for free via Freshtix.

We’re excited to partner again with our friends at Ilegal Mezcal for their renowned Bar Ilegal experience! Join us for free brand activations for those 21+, including live chainstitching by Jada & Jon and flash tattoos by Lindley Weaver. Enjoy Ilegal Mezcal’s aged mezcal and signature cocktails crafted by Global Brand Ambassador Gilbert Marquez.

We’re also partnering with our friends at The A.V. Club to host a two-day party featuring interviews with actors, filmmakers and comedians, along with live music on March 8-9. You can RSVP for Ilegal Mezcal Presents A.V. Club’s Dialogues & Decibels, which will feature interviews with David Oyelowo, Amanda Peet, Carey Mulligan, Kelly Marie Tran, Matthew Rhys, Daisy Ridley, Zoë Chao, Aaron Paul, André Holland, Zazie Beetz and more, as well as performances from Mobley, David Ramirez, Sister Gemini and Draag.
