Chloe Goins accused Cosby of drugging her and sexually assaulting her while she was asleep at the Playboy Mansion. She initially reported that the assault occurred at Midsummer Night’s Dream Party, but retracted by saying she was unsure of the particular night. Investigation showed that Cosby was not in town, and was not on the guest list for the event. Goins and Cosby did not appear on video surveillance for the event.
The second allegation is from an anonymous woman who accused Cosby of drugging and assaulting her in 1965. Prosecutors could not charge Cosby in this case because the statute of limitations had passed.
More than 50 women have made allegations of sexual assault by Cosby. The former comedian also faces charges in Pennsylvania for first-degree felony aggravated indecent assault.
