Persona 5 to Launch in the Americas on Valentine’s Day, 2017

Atlus’ Persona 5 just got an official (and romantic) release date in the Americas of Feb. 14, 2017 on PS4 and PS3. The game will come in two special editions.

First is the Persona 5 “Take Your Heart” Edition, which comes with a box full of special goodies. It will include a 4” plush of the in-game character Morgana, a 64-page hardcover art book, a steelbook case, a school bag and a CD of the soundtrack, composed by the same genius who’s composed the previous games, Shoji Meguro. This edition will run you $89.99.

Next is the Steelbook Edition, which just means the game comes in a special steelbook case. Anyone who pre-orders Persona 5 will automatically get the Steelbook Edition.

Both the “Take Your Heart” and the Steelbook Editions will only be available on PS4. The regular edition of the game will available for PS4 after launch and on PS3.

Looks like we won’t be spending next Valentine’s Day with our significant others—we’ll be too busy with all our new Persona 5 friends.
