2023 Oscar Winners: The Complete List

The 95th Academy Awards are finally here, riding high on a wave of multiverses and googly eyes, and it’s time to see the 2023 Oscar winners. Actors have comeback narratives and nominations that sketched people out so deeply that the Oscars had to check to see if any of their laws (which say you gotta pay if you wanna play) were broken. You’re probably sick of awards season by now. The back-and-forth. The underdog favorites that get late heel turns; the behind-the-scenes arcs echoing on-screen narratives. The Whale existing. Well, it’s all been leading up to tonight—and you’re invited to join us as the winners roll out.

Breaking from recent tradition, we’ve got a host this year: Jimmy Kimmel returning for a three-peat performance, which may help keep things on track a bit more, though who knows if the ceremony will remain slap-less. At least they’ll actually be airing all the categories this year.

The 95th Academy Awards air live on ABC starting at 8 PM ET, leaving you a little while to look over our preview of the evening, including the Movies team’s predictions for who will win, arguments for who should win and some last-minute quibbles about the snubs that should’ve topped them all.
