New on Redbox: All the Movies Coming in September

Ah, September: the month of the “in-between.” With the carefree summer fun of August receding into memory and the cozy sweater weather of October just over the horizon, it’s easy to feel a bit directionless during this time. Luckily, Redbox has a slew of new titles to help ease the transition. And if, like the month of September, you have a hard time making up your mind, Redbox has titles available both on demand and at their kiosks.

As far as coziness and sweaters go, it’s hard to beat Won’t You Be My Neighbor?, the critically acclaimed documentary about the life and philosophy of Mr. Fred Rogers, the host and creator of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, which will be arriving Sept. 4. If you’re more in the mood for “carefree fun,” then worry not—Redbox didn’t skimp out on the summer blockbusters. Ocean’s 8 will be out Sept. 11, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom on Sept. 18 and Solo: A Star Wars Story on Sept. 25.

And if you need to get a jump-start on your jump scares, there’s a solid handful of horror movies in store. The tense cat-and-mouse thriller Don’t Breathe, about a trio of criminals being hunted by the blind man whose house they broke into, will be available Sept. 15, followed by the terrifyingly comic pregnancy-horror flick Cynthia on Sept. 18. A24’s disturbing critical darling Hereditary will be available in kiosks on Sept. 4.
