Listen to Solange’s New Album When I Get Home

After eschewing a formal announcement in favor of a series of teases this week, Solange has released When I Get Home, her follow-up to 2016 standout A Seat at the Table. The album hit the web at midnight on Friday, at the exact intersection of Black History Month and Women’s History Month.
When I Get Home boasts a long, impressive list of collaborators, as Pitchfork notes: Earl Sweatshirt, Panda Bear, Tyler, the Creator, Gucci Mane, Playboi Carti, Dev Hynes (aka Blood Orange), Sampha, Pharrell Williams, Raphael Saadiq, Metro Boomin, The-Dream, Standing on the Corner, Scarface, Cassie, Abra, Steve Lacy of The Internet, Devin the Dude and more are featured on the album, Knowles’ fourth.
Knowles revealed her new album’s tracklist and cover art on Twitter Thursday, also announcing its title and impending release:

She later shared her reaction to the excitement surrounding the album’s release:
