Chance the Rapper has some big shoes to fill, as he’s agreed to host Quibi’s revival of MTV’s early-2000s hit reality series Punk’d. The 26-year-old rapper shared the show’s trailer to his Twitter page, highlighting a prank on Megan Thee Stallion that involves a gorilla attack. His enthusiasm for the project should make him an adequate successor to Ashton Kutcher.
“Punk’d is one of MTV’s most iconic franchises,” Chance said in a statement. “I grew up watching this show and it’s surreal to be in the driver’s seat this time around on Quibi.”

The reboot will stream exclusively on Quibi, the first mobile-exclusive TV/video streaming service, which launches April 6. The app will deliver “quick bites” of video content to subscribers (for $5 a month with ads, or $8 without) and has already garnered support from big Hollywood names like Steven Spielberg.
One show. One screen. Two perspectives.
